These are the procedures to follow when selling or leasing a unit at Ocean Parks. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

  1. Pick up an application package from the on-site management office during office hours.  Application forms are available as PDF documents online in our Forms section.

  2. Please remember that it takes at least 30 days to process the application package once it is returned to the  on-site office.  Everything in the package must be completed.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

  3. Interviews are held twice a month at 2:00 p.m.  An interview will be scheduled at the next available date.

  4. The application then goes before the Board of Directors to obtain the Certificate of Approval. Please plan closing dates accordingly.

  5. The Certificate of Approval must be picked up at the on-site management office.

  6. The office will need a copy of the warranty deed.

  7. When listing a unit, please call the management office at (561) 744-0668 to find out the proper placement of the lockbox.
